退火处理对Co-Cr-Fe-Ni-(Al)多主元合金的相组成及硬度的影响

摘要:研究发现,在20Co-Cr-Fe-Ni合金中,当Ni≥20at.%、Cr≤30 at.%时,合金在铸态和退火态下均为FCC单相,合金成分及退火处理对其显微硬度影响不大。随着Fe含量的增加,将出现BCC相;随着Cr含量的增加,则会形成σ相。当Cr含量大于50 at.%时,几乎形成σ单相,此时,合金硬而脆。与BCC相比,σ相对合金硬度的增加程度更大。随着Cr含量的增加,20Co-Cr-Fe-Ni合金的硬度值从127 HV (FCC单相)增加到970 HV(σ单相)。此外,在20Co10Cr60Fe10Ni合金中,FCC相消失,仅存在两个成分不同的BCC相。经800°C退火后,BCC或σ相会从20Co-Cr-Fe-20Ni合金的FCC基体中析出。EDS分析表明,FCC具有很宽的成分范围;而σ相中的Cr含量大于50 at.%,而Ni含量<14 at.%。

It was found that in the 20Co-Cr-Fe-Ni alloys, when Ni≥20at.% and Cr≤30at.%, the alloy is composed of a single FCC phase in as-cast and annealed states. The alloy composition and annealing treatment has little effect on their microhardness. As the increase of the Fe content, the BCC phase appears and as the increase of the Cr content, the σ phase forms. When the Cr content is ≥ 50 at.%, the alloy almost contains a single σ phase, and at this time, the alloy is hard and brittle. Compared with BCC, the σ phase has more effect on the hardness of the alloy. As the increase of the Cr content, the hardness of the 20Co-Cr-Fe-Ni alloy increases from 127 HV (single FCC phase) to 970 HV (single σ phase). Furthermore, in the 20Co10Cr60Fe10Ni alloy, the FCC phase disappeared, and only two BCC phases with different compositions exist. After annealing at 800 ° C, the BCC or σ phase will precipitate from the FCC matrix of the 20Co-Cr-Fe-20Ni alloys. EDS analysis shows that FCC has a wide composition range and the Cr content in the σ phase is >50 at.%, while its Ni content <14 at.%.
