罐式集装箱轻量化研究

摘要:罐式集装箱是一种由箱体框架和承受内压的罐体组成的特种集装箱,罐体作为装运货物的主体被固定在框架中。罐式集装箱在运输过程中将承受介质压力、由加速、制动、上下振动引起的惯性力以及罐体内介质晃动引起的冲击力,需保证足够的强度和刚度。同时,为了降低生产和运输成本,罐式集装箱的轻量化已经成为集装箱行业的发展趋势。

本文以ICC型罐式集装箱为研究对象,运用大型商用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench和多目标驱动优化设计方法,对其进行了轻量化设计,保证在减轻集装箱自重增加容积的同时,满足罐式集装箱框架和罐体在刚度、强度等方面的要求,有效降低非介质负重,为工程上罐式集装箱的轻量化设计提供参考和依据。主要研究内容如下:

1.针对市场上现有的一种罐式集装箱,对八种不同运输工况下的强度进行了分析,并通过堆码试验进行进一步校核,采用多目标驱动优化设计方法对框架进行优化,研究了集装箱框架结构不同截面尺寸参数对罐式集装箱强度的影响,进而得出满足强度要求下最优的框架截面尺寸组合。

2.建立了多目标优化数学模型,在框架优化结果的基础上对罐体封头进行了优化,通过响应面分析封头尺寸组合对强度及质量的影响,通过调整封头的尺寸,得到满足强度的要求的,最节省材料的尺寸组合,最后对优化后的结果进行了九种工况下的计算,确保了优化结构在所有工况中都能满足强度要求。

3.重新设计了四种异型罐体,以求减轻罐体自重并获得更大的装载量,分别对设计的四种罐体在八种不同运输工况下的强度进行了校核,对设计的罐体重量和容积进行了统计并与原结构对比分析,最终确定了满足强度及轻量化要求的异型罐体.

Tank container is a special container madeof box frame and pressure vessel. The tank is fixed in the frame as the mainbody of the shipment. Tank container bears medium pressure duringtransportation and the inertial force caused by acceleration, braking vibrationand the impact force caused by the sloshing of the tank. The tank needs enoughstrength and stiffness to ensure safety. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the costof production and transportation, the lightweight of tank container has becomethe development trend of container industry.

The research object of this paper is ICCtype tank container. The lightweight design is done by using the commercialfinite element software ANSYS Workbench and target driven optimization methodis carried out. Based on reducing the volume and weight of the tank containerand meeting the requirements of the stiffness and strength of the tankcontainer frame and the tank and effectively reduce the non medium weight alightweight design method has been adopted. This provides reference and basisfor lightweight design of tank container. The main contents are as follows:

1.     Intensityanalysis was carried out in eight different transport conditions aimed at themarket for a tank container existing. Final it was validated by stacking test.Using goal-driven design method, the effects of different container framestructure section size parameters on the strength of tank containers wasstudied. Then, the best combination of frame section size to meet the strengthrequirements was obtained.

2.     Amathematical model of multiobjective optimization is established. Based on theoptimization results of the frame, the tank head is optimized. Optimize thesize of the head by adjusting the sizes of the head. The influence of headsizes combination on strength and quality was studied by Response SurfaceMethodology. The most economical material size combination was achieved.Finally, the optimized results were calculated under nine working conditions,to ensure that the optimized structure can meet the strength requirements inall conditions.

3.     Fourspecial-shaped tank was redesigned to reduce the weight of the tank and get alarger load. The strength of four kinds of tanks designed under eight differenttransport conditions were checked respectively. The weight and volume of thedesigned tank were statistically analyzed and compared with the originalstructure. Finally, the special shaped tank which meets the requirements ofstrength and lightweight was finally determined.
